Locus Reports
Solicitor Assist will use agents to obtain the required evidence for claims or potential court cases. We specialise in reporting for both RTA’s (Road Traffic Accidents) and trip sites, but can also cover cases or incidents where liability or blame may be disputed.
Assembling Information
We use specialist agents, normally ex-police officers, to gather the sufficient evidence from an incident location to help support, or in some cases disprove, a claim. The agent will visit the scene and assemble the information required to produce the locus report. Typically, this information will include the following:
- Measurement taking
- Digital photography
- Detailed sketches
- Any witness statements
Because our agents are predominantly former police officers, they are exceptionally experienced and well prepared in detailed investigation. The final reports submitted are always completed professionally and in full, to assist you with everything you may need to resolve the case.
