Regional Agents
Solicitor Assist is an established company that is receiving increasing numbers of instructions to carry out assessment support work for solicitors in all areas of England, Scotland and Wales. We pride ourselves on quality relationships throughout the entire structure and duration of a case, making the process much easier for the solicitors and the claimants. See the illustration below to understand how we operate:

Solicitor
Initially, the solicitor will be contacted by the claimant regarding an accident or injury they may have suffered. The solicitor will the pass this information onto us here at Solicitor Assist.
Solicitor Assist
After receiving an instruction from the solicitor, Solicitor Assist will forward the instruction and documentation to one of our highly trained and qualified regional agents.
Regional Agent
Our agents, who are usually retired police officers, will visit the claimant in person, at a convenient time, discussing and explaining all paperwork. Our agents will always ensure that the claimant feels comfortable and fully understand the entire process before signing.
Injured Claimant
The claimant will feel reassured after having the documentation explained to them appropriately, and will be asked to give any necessary information to continue with their claim. Once the claimant is fully satisfied, they will be invited to sign.
